Palm oil
Palm oil is extracted from the Palm Nut Kernel, it is extracted by pressing and crushing. Crude Palm Oil has a naturally high level of saturated fat. This is different to Olive Oil and other vegetable oils which are considerably higher in unsaturated fat. Palm Oil has an equal proportion of both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It is also an excellent source of Vitamin E.This makes Palm oil a perfect base ingredient in many items and products.
